- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions
Preheat & Prepare:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease or line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
Mix Wet Ingredients:
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together melted butter and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs, vanilla extract, red food coloring, and vinegar. Mix until combined.
Combine Dry Ingredients:
- In a separate bowl, sift together flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
Mix & Bake:
- Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Let the brownies cool completely before frosting.
Prepare Cream Cheese Frosting:
- Beat the cream cheese and butter until creamy.
- Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
Notes
- For a deeper red color, you can add more food coloring.
- If you prefer a stronger chocolate flavor, increase cocoa powder to 1/3 cup.
