- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 ½ cups shredded gouda cheese
- ½ cup cooked ham, chopped
- ½ cup chorizo or pepperoni slices
- 1 tbsp olive oil (for brushing)
Instructions
Prepare the Dough:
- In a small bowl, mix warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 5–10 minutes until foamy.
- In a large bowl, combine flour and salt. Add the yeast mixture and olive oil. Knead until a soft dough forms.
- Cover and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour until doubled in size.
Preheat Oven & Shape Dough:
- Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
- Punch down the dough and roll it into a thick round shape (about 10–12 inches).
- Place it in a greased baking pan.
Assemble the Pizza:
- Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough.
- Sprinkle a mix of mozzarella and gouda cheese generously.
- Add ham, chorizo, or pepperoni on top.
Bake:
- Bake for 15–20 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
Serve & Enjoy:
- Cut into squares or wedges and enjoy hot!
