- 1 large egg
- ½ cup powdered sugar (for rolling)
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, Cool Whip, and egg. Stir until fully combined (the dough will be sticky).
- Shape Cookies: Use a spoon or cookie scoop to drop small dough balls into the powdered sugar, coating them well.
- Bake: Place the coated dough balls on the baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are set.
- Cool & Serve: Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack. Enjoy!
Notes
- You can use any cake mix flavor, such as chocolate, vanilla, lemon, or red velvet.
- The dough is very sticky, so chilling it for 30 minutes can make handling easier.
